The purpose of this App is to help the Georgetown City Police Department collaborate with its community to help prevent crime, promote safety, and engage more with the community in which it serves. We believe that the GPD App will become the most effective way to enhance our community-focused policing and to interact more with the people we serve. It will help push out important notifications for incidents in the City of Georgetown and help us better serve and protect those here. The mission of the GPD is serving, protecting and positively impacting the quality of life of all citizens of Georgetown.
